The longest fitness program is over! See my results :)

⚡My 80 Day Journey is officially over… and it’s time to share my results! I have to admit that I know I could do better. First 6 weeks were great, I was on the top of my nutrition, I exercised as the program requested and I felt great. I started to feel stronger in week 3. Then life happened – holiday, sun allergy, sickness etc.. let me just express, I am not excusing myself at all I know even if I cannot exercise I can do the meal prep proper so I am just saying that as a fact and if you were on it with me and had some life things happening to you, then don’t be hard on yourself. Realize your weakness, learn from it and get yourself to round two:)
